You need JavaScript enabled to view it. graduated Biology and Chemistry at the Faculty of Science in Zagreb, with the thesis: Molecular systematics of the dinaric bellflowers (Campanula L.). From 2009 she has worked as an research assistant on a project called: "Regeneration and plasticity after ischemic brain damage studied on innovative transgenic mouse models", financed by the Unity Through Knowledge Fund under the leadership of Prof. dr. sc. Srećko Gajović. Since 2010 she has worked as an Assistant and from 2013 works as a Senior assistant at the Department of Histology and Embryology, School of Medicine, University of Zagreb. In 2013 she obtained her PhD in neuroscience at the Medical faculty University of Zagreb, with the thesis entitled: " The effect of natriuretic peptides on the bradykinin signaling pathway after ischemic injury in the mouse brain". As an post-doc research assistant on the GlowBrain project she explores the use of stem cells to promote regeneration of the brain after ischemic injury.
