On Wednesday 27th May 2015, starting at 18h, the Final Conference of the GlowBrain project was opened with two public lectures.
The first lecture was given by prof. Jean-Pierre Julien (Quebec, Canada), and was entitled "Development of single chain antibodies for treatment of neurodegenerative diseases". Following that, GlowBrain coordinator, prof. Srećko Gajović (Zagreb, Croatia), gave a talk on the topic "Can the glowing mouse help fight the stroke?".
Lectures were free and open for participation, and were also filmed for our GlowBrain TV dissemination platform, where they will be available for everyone.
The GlowBrain Final Conference, entitled "Stem cell and biomaterial applications for brain repair" was organized at the Centrum Hall of Hotel Dubrovnik in the very heart of Zagreb. The conference lasts from 27th May to 30th May 2015.
